What we collect

Only what you enter yourself in the contact form: your name, your email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, your delivery province and the number of the carriage you’re interested in.

Why

To respond to your request, and for nothing else. We don’t sell any information, we don’t trade any, and we don’t sign you up for any newsletter unless you explicitly ask.

What we keep

The website keeps nothing. Your request is sent by email to our team and isn’t stored in any database. The email we receive stays in our inbox for as long as it takes to handle your request and the business follow-up that comes from it.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.

Person in charge

Unless someone has been specifically designated, responsibility for protecting personal information lies with the person holding the highest authority at Les Constructions T. Ouellet. You can reach them at the address or phone number given above.

Your rights

You can ask to access the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to the address above or by calling 418 845-1791. We respond within 30 days, in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
